2. Scope
This website is currently in maintenance mode and does not actively collect personal data through forms, user accounts, cookies, or analytics. The only data processed is what is technically necessary to deliver this page (server log files, see below).

3. Server log files
Each time this website is accessed, our web server (nginx) automatically writes information to log files. The following data is processed:

– IP address of the requesting device
– date and time of the request
– requested URL and HTTP method
– HTTP status code and response size
– referrer URL (if transmitted)
– browser and operating system information (user-agent)

Purpose: Ensuring the technical operation and stability of the website, error analysis, IT security, and the detection and defense against attacks (e.g. brute force, DDoS).

Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of our infrastructure).

Retention period: Server log files are generally deleted after 30 days. In security-related cases (e.g. ongoing investigation of an attack), retention may be extended for as long as necessary.

This maintenance page does not set any cookies and does not use tracking, analytics, or third-party scripts.

5. Hosting and infrastructure
The website is hosted on servers located within the European Union. No personal data is transferred to third countries outside the EU/EEA.
